CLEAN2029/1G Clean 2029 Parts Washing Fluid with Corrosion Inhibitor, Yellow, 1 gal Jug

This stuff is amazing! I use it to ultrasonic my titanium knife parts as one of my pre-anodizing steps & it works really well. I used to swear by Simple Green but this stuff works much better. I only use a shot glass full with 2.5 liters of deionized H2O. Works well even at colder temperatures but the best is when it’s heated up to 55c -60c. It also removes polishing compound that’s embedded in your work piece. I get the best results when I glass blast my parts prior to the ultrasonic but it works great without blasting as well. Highly recommend. Ps you don’t need a lot!

This solution works well when mixed according to the directions. It seperates oil to the top of the tank and lets soils settle to the bottom.It also offers a very light corrosion protection that keeps parts from rusting as they dry, but bare steel or blued steel parts will still need something else to keep them from rusting after a couple of days.
