Comfort Level: 5This is probably one of the most comfortable office chair I had. The seat foam is very hard and strong. The back mesh takes my body pressure very well. Most importantly, the back support add-on works VERY VERY well for a developer who's in the chair 8 hours a day.# of Features: 4.5It has most features people need, tilt, elevate, tighten/loosen swings, and lock in position. The back support is a great thing to have. I wish there's separate tilt controll for the seat and the back. Right now the angle between seat and back support is fixed.Design (White version): 5It is a beautiful white/gray chair and perfectly matched with my desk. Very pleasing to the eye when I first see it.Build Quality: 3Because it's white, you can see a lot of build quality issue easier. It is mostly made of hard plastic as most of the chairs are, but somehow when it is black, you don't think about it. Some surfaces of the plastic is not smoothen evenly, and there were some tiny paint dot I see on the back. Wish it was better, which gives me some concern for the durabilty over a long period of extensive use.Ease of Install: 4Overall it's very easy to install but the screw holes under the seat is not totally open, you kinda have to screw through the bottom clothing and it was hard for me to find the right position as I can't see the holes very well.Overall: 4.5Overall I really like the chair, the build quality could be better. The design and comfortable level made up for it. I will give it an extra 0.5 point just for that back support. I wish I found something like this earlier. I hope it can last me a long time.

Working for ten to twelve hours in this attractive office chair without any discomfort or pain makes it the best office chair I have ever used. Excellent back support, cushion seating comfort and smooth swivel makes it a joy to work from home in comfort all day. Very friendly and responsive customer support to resolve a noise issue under warranty. It is a very stable and sturdy chair. I am very happy. Pretty easy to assemble. Highly recommended.

Chair was fine for the first few months but suddenly started hearing a popping sound when I sat down or leaned back. Found the base plate "tilt mechanism" had snapped (pictured) and cannot trust chair will not come apart.Six months ago I would have recommended this chair. Now I have to find a replacement.

I bought this chair in December, 2019. I have used it most days since then when at the computer.Unfortunately, the tall "ergonomic" back on this chair does not support you if you want to sit upright and not lean back.You cannot make the back adjustment stiff enough to support you in an upright sitting position.This means that if you lean against the back it simply reclines to the furthest position.I purchased a lumbar support cushion with memory foam in June, 2020 in an attempt to salvage this chair but I finally have to admit that, even with the lumbar support cushion added, does not work properly. After an hour or so my back begins to ache.I am reviewing this chair now (October, 2021) because I am replacing it.I will undoubtedly spend more than the $200 this chair cost but it will be worth itI advise anyone considering this chair to think again. It looks nice but it is badly designed.Do not purchase this chair.

This was easily the best packaging I've ever had from something I've bought online. Everything is individually wrapped, with little slip bows tied in the ribbons. I was so surprised by the detail in the packaging that I was already planning on writing a review.But then I got to the fact that hardware comes in a hard plastic tool box, which has each bin labeled and printed quantities. It also includes intentional spares of each part, as well as tools, plus spares.There are also simple picture directions, which make clear reference to what parts to use (screw A in the arms, etc).I'm telling you, it's the easiest thing to assemble, and whoever packed it deserves a raise

This chair is the best looking office chair I have seen. It looks so freaking good! Which makes me sad because it sucks. It feels so cheap. The arm rests especially seem like they belong on a lawn chair rather than a desk chair. The back offers literally zero support. The lumbar support is much too low on your back and cannot be raised. I thought the arm rests not being adjustable would be fine, but they are so low that it makes them useless. If it cost $100 I would give 5 stars. But at $200 + it is a huge let down in quality and practicality. I will say, if you just need something that looks good and you sit in it for an hour max, go for it! But if this chair is your daily office chair, do not.

Was very pleased with the overall look and feel of the chair. This is the second office chair I have purchased from this seller. Would buy again. The back support and adjust-ability are second to none. The chair is solid, well built and will hold up for a very long time. The casters are smooth and free rolling. I love the breathable, durable fabric. I can sit in the chair for extended periods of time and not get that sticky feeling like other lesser quality chairs will.
