I feel wet
Nice design and fit, but1. Too much padding all the way to the back. I don't plan on carping in my pants.2. The pad is so noticable from the back with my pants on.3. I had a small leak and I can feel the wetness throughout the entire pad.4. Not going to buy another one.

These work just fine. Can even go two days in a pair
Update: After having these for a few more months, they are starting to breakdown via the waist elastic coming undone. I will not be reordering these.I have slight leakage after going pee, about 1-2 Tablespoons. I had been using disposable guards and wanted to try cloth for the savings. These work just fine. Can even go two days in a pair. They will shrink a little bit. I am a 36"-38" waist and had to move up to the large. The pad runs about 25% up the backside which feels awkward, but probably needed for the heavy wetters out there. They wash up well and I hope they last. Will update my review if they break down early. I have ordered 3 pairs so far and love the material.

I'm pleasantly surprised how well they hold moisture with little to no leakage. They seem a bit pricey but since trying one pair...they seem to be a value vs disposable one time use briefs. Better for the environment too!

Poor quality
The threads started unraveling almost immediately. It's so bad that at one point I had put the underwear in one room and walked to another room only to find that a loose thread had pull out and trailed all the way to the next room. I had accidentally unraveled a good palm-full of thread. There are some considerable manufacturing issues with this item. And it's worth noting that neither the seller nor manufacturer bothered to respond to this review. Not a good sign.

So, So, Disappointed!
I was really hoping this product would be beneficial for my husband. He has Parkinson’s Disease, & as such, has problems with “leakage”. He has had a fair amount of success with Tena underwear, but I wanted to try this product as it was more akin to regular underwear. He tried them once, and had leakage after a relatively short time (about two hours). Thought he should give this underwear another try, so they were washed, and dried as per instructions. He wore them for a short time (about 45 minutes), and found he had leaked through the underwear, and on to the chair he was sitting on. I only purchased one pair of this underwear, hoping they would work well, and had intended to purchase more, but unfortunately will not be doing so. My husband can wear Tena underwear for an average of up to eight hours, (and sometimes more). I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but in this case, feel I must!

Excellent product
My 92 year old father has been experiencing incontinence issues and dribbling periodically. These briefs have been a game changer as he doesn't like the disposable products and feels 'degraded' as he is wearing 'diapers'. These look and function exactly like the briefs he has worn his entire life and are soft and comfortable. We've been using them since August and they wash up beautifully. We have also purchased the actual 'incontinence' briefs that looks exactly the same but have a thicker gel pad in them for times when a bathroom may not be accessible quickly enough once he realized he needs to void. We have been delighted with both products and dad is much more comfortable using them.

Good Product!
Good for trips away from home, however my husband says they feel so bulky. He likes them more as he gets used to them. I have washed them in hot water and they hold up so far. I did not put them in dryer as the padding would fluff most likely. He wished they were available in black though!

I would wear these in the locker room at the gym with total confidence.
OK MEN, listen up! Urinary leakage is something lots of us experience, and WE HATE IT. We dont want to talk about it!But, like it or not, it happens to lots of us. Causes are various. Prostate surgery is one major antecedent but bladder control can weaken just from ordinary aging! After prostate surgery five years ago, I struggled with, first, total urinary incontinence for an entire year, and now slight/ moderate leakage, a condition which seems to be permanent .So I began using those 'D' brand absorbant pads in my briefs during the day and their stretchy-fit underwear in bed at night. Problem : that product line is made from synthetic fabrics that feel creepy. Yes, 'D' brand block moisture leakage to your clothes or bedsheets, but next to the skin they feel swampy and wet. Yuck! Yes, 'D' brand are disposable, but that feature comes at the cost of swampy discomfort. Then I discovered Wearever's re-usable/washable 100% cotton incontinence underware, and Live suddenly got better.Funny, I've always bought clothes and bedsheets made of 100% cotton because cotton is a natural, soft textile that is ALWAYS comfortable and comforting. WHY didn't I look for natural cotton incontinence underwear?? Well It finally dawned on me: shop around and get out of those rubber underware!Wearever's 100% cotton incontinence briefs are amazing. First, the cotton factor wins them over for me. They actually look, fit and feel just like the classic "tighty-whities" us guys have been wearing since forever! The absorbent panel surrounding your boys is practically invisible. I would wear these in the locker room at the gym with total confidence. They totally absorb any leak, moving the wetness from both outer and inner liner. You don't feel wet. What a happy discovery! And, of course, Wearever's can be washed and worn with your regular laundry. They claim to have a life just as long as regular underwear. There is one downside however. Wearever does not recommend wearing their underwear in bed. They don't explain why, but I'm guessing the weakness might be body weight concentrating in one position, exerting pressure, while we rest in our favourite sleeping position. Moisture might spot through the barrier.So... It's the yucky, 'D' brand underwear at night, which I change twice through thr night. Siiigh!Still, my daytime life is vastly improved wearing this Wearever product. So buddy, if you're a light/moderate leaker, take it from me. - a patient who wore a leg catheter to contain my urine for a whole year after surgery - Wearevers will rescue you. Worth every penny spent for their comfort and practicality.
