The packing was very good n neatly packed. However, not happy with the product as it's too soft n not giving firm support like the previous Cocyx cushion I had purchased.

After winding up the star-up due to Covid-19 impact, I was getting the equipments' at my plant shifted. During the process, I twisted my lower back while helping one of the labours lift a heavy machine. Initially I thought it was some minor fracture but the x-ray saved me. It was a severe twist as per the doc and she suggested to either lie and while sitting use a Orthopedic back rest. After using the cushion, it has helped in reducing the pain of lower back. The quality of foam is food and the thickness is also appropriate. The shape of the cushion is also perfect thats sits perfectly to your lower back.

I drive a lot and thought this would help in preventing any possible back pain. Not that I had any yet. I developed a nagging pain on the right side of my neck extending down to my upper back from the second day. I thought I'd try it for two weeks, thinking it would take some getting used to, and it got progressively worse. When I stopped using it, the pain would reduce. However, due to the two week usage period, it has resulted in spasms and will now requires attention. The memory foam is a joke and had become very hard and misshapen by the end of the two week period. I honestly don't know why I decided to give it that time period, I wish I hadn't. Be careful with products that don't have the right data to back their claims.

Initially, it felt good to use, but when I use it during office time where I had to sit for a long duration. It actually cause discomfort, but the material is good, but it’s not made for extended use
