My son was struggling with painful heels. This seemed to happen whichever shoes he was wearing. We bought these to put in all his shoes and football boots. He could feel the difference instantly. he no longer experiences any discomfort.The inserts are well made and packaged and have worn well.

Tried these for flat foot, comfortable easy to insert.

I don't know much about insoles but they appear to be well made and in my opinion well worth the expense.The insoles arrived quicker than I expected, always a good start!I bought them for my six year old daughter who has flat feet. She took to the very quickly, and on day one we did a 3.5 mile walk and there was no complaints of aching ankles or knees.I will definitely be buying another pair for her.

I’ve been dithering over these insoles for a whole now, but having bought an expensive pair of trainers, and also having fallen arches, I decided to take the plunge. I’m only a size 2 shoe and these fit perfectly. I haven’t worn my new trainers yet, but I’ve tried them on and I’m really pleased with the fit and feel of the insoles in the trainers.

Sonhas very flat feet and was complaining of painful feet and leg aches. Since these have been in his shoes he has said his feet hurt a little when wearing them as they correct his feet, but not a peep of leg ache when the shoes come off, or first thing in the morning. So I bought a second pair. They switch easily between shoes, but do make his shoes a little on a tight fit.

No good at all tried in my sons footy boots and his foot just kept slipping out of his boots

So these came through the post and unfortunately i have to say its £18 wasted. They are so poorly designed. The rear of the insoles are way way way too high to the point that my sons heel sits almost outside of his shoe or trainer and the insole defeats the whole point of trying to help his feet because the heel and rear of the foot is not supported by the shoe naturally. Whoever is selling these need to take a long hard look in the mirror and stop scamming people with poorly designed products. Its embaressing.

Brilliant service! The added note inside the package was a lovely touch which also provided contact details, email address etc should you need it incase the product was faulty. And the sizeing was spot on.My daughter is tryimg these out today at school but she said they feel comfy!
