Firstly, Amazon asked me to mark the flavour of this out of 5. It's not a leisure drink; it's not designed to have a flavour (although some brands sell flavoured Glutamine). If you're buying Glutamine for the flavour, you're buying it for the wrong reason.My main point, however, is that the pouch states that its contents are 'Glutamine with sweetener'. But, when you look at the contents on the back, you see the ONLY content is Glutamine. And, having tasted a spoonful, I can assure you this product is not sweetened. So why on earth they've put 'with sweetener' on the pouch is curious, to say the least.

Adding to muscle mass protein and seems to help.

Pure 100% l-glutamine, the only ingredient in this is l-glutamine which I like, there's no sweeteners or anything(I think in the past it had sweeteners but I can confirm the one I received is just 100% l-glutamine)

Maybe me but the taste was awful threw 80% of the powder away thought I would get used to the taste unfortunately not waste of money on my part
