well I am a 36c,I bought a size lg and wear it on the 1st hook so I wd say either a size med or lg depending on what hook you wear it on.Hope this helps as the bra is very compfy

I got the small and it was WAY TOO small. I’m normally 32 A pre pregnancy , so assuming I’m like currently 36-38 A, I would get a bigger size.
