Seemed like good quality
It was a little confusing figuring out the right sizing I needed it. After spending lots of time and effort measuring out everything, I still ended up with the wrong size. I ended up returning this item and buying an entirely different type of part for my project. Other than that, it seemed like good quality. Nice and thick.

Not National Pipe Thread Standard
I got 2: 1x3/4 bushings and 2: 1 1/2x3/4 bushings. All 4 leak. The Thread pitch and count is fine, but the threads are not tapered correctly. Usually on a threaded fitting I do 4 wraps of Teflon tape plus pipe dope, doing this I was able to spin the bushing all the way into the female thread so that the hex bottomed out with no resistance and it leaked like crazy. I took it off and did 12 wraps of Teflon plus pipe dope, and it's holding for now; I won't be trusting it though. I know the female threads are correct because I had other fittings before changing to this 3/4 system. My pics look like garbage because I had to really glob everything on to make it water tight on a 50 psi system. I'll have to buy everything again from a hardware store long term, Amazon convince got me again. My application was a heat exchanger for a hot tub.
