Q: Can I use this spray to act like a glue and stick chocolate balls on a cake?

It's quick freeze not glue unless you are sticking wet chocolate to we chocolate surface!

Q: Can I use this to make fondant letters stand straight up on its own?

If you want your fondant to set fast just put some cmc powder.

Q: Would this product harden Icing on Cookies?

This product cools things down quickly. Like using melted chocolate Like Glue and then spraying this stuff on it and it's instantly hard. I use this also for sugar works but I would not use it for frosting because frosting need to set and dry. I'm sure it would help the top layer a little bit but not the underlying ones. That's just my opinion. I have never tried it on frosting. But I think that would all depend on the consistency of the frosting.

Q: Does this product come with the small straw that attaches to the nozzle for direct spray?

Mine did come with small straw, but it was over a year ago
