Installed in 33’ sailboat. Installation very easy, works great.

Great product - works like a charm
Great product - works like a charm, the only complaint or issue we had was the length of wiring that comes with the depth sounder/transducer - we were able to install in our inside helm, there was not enough wire to make it to the flybridge without splicing it. Product itself works as advertised and gives responsive quick readings at our normal 8 to 10 knots.

No holes!
No need to put any holes in the bottom of your boat. The transducer reads right thru the fiberglass

Works but doesn’t allow negative offset.
Just installed the unit in my 53’ Hatteras. Works as advertised, the Airmar inhull tranducer works fine shooting thru Hatteras’ heavy solid glass. Easy installationReason I can not give it 5 star is that it doesn’t allow for a negative keel offset to read actual water depth instead of depth below transducer or depth below keel. This is a silly oversight from Faria.

No need for a through hull, reads accurately, and has a nice little display.

Worked for a while.
Purchased this for my wakeboard boat. Easy install - but stopped working after one season. It was replaced free under warranty - but it was a hassle to be without it for a couple of months.
