Mine's is more of a aging fading penny or copper like brown with a dusty white like in it for the rustic look. You do know its made out of wood. You are correct on the difference the color in the photos because of the wood. Mines is more lighter in the colors than the previous one I ordered that was broken on arrival. But it's still a nice mirror and brings out the uniqueness of my bedroom.
