This stuff is AMAZING. Anytime my kids start to feel sick, I add it to plain oatmeal, and add a good amount of fresh ground cinnamon, and my kids eat it right up! Sometimes one dose is ALL IT TAKES for them to feel better, but other times a few bowls of oatmeal with this added kicks it to the curb! I don't recommend letting them see you do it though, because if they smell the bottle it is quite pungent.

My kids love it in their milk! They will even call it “cinnamon milk” so definitely easy for them to consume.

I take oregano oil because I have a compromised immune system and I was SO happy to find it in a kid safe version. Wonderful overall health benefits, lasts forever so great value, doesn’t taste bad whatsoever and super effective against illness.

Wish this was a little more sweet, my toddler doesn’t like the taste but I do!

It tasted pretty potent and not the best so only youngest will take it if I mix it in with apple cinnamon applesauce but it truly works the second they have symptoms of stuffy nose and cough and then the next day it is better. Love it and it’s natural !

Unfortunately, my kiddos really didn't like the flavor and they refused to drink anything with this in it. I tried it myself, and I agree with them that the flavor is way too strong.
