Excellent. I don't know how similar it is to the ideal Chinese style, but it's sweet and tasty, smooth texture. Compared to the Chinese brand I purchased alongside it, it's night and day, not even the same thing really. I'd buy this again.

Like that less chemicals are in the ingredients.

it is a good tasting item,but it is too expensive for such a small jar. you almost use it all at one time. cannot afford to buy again,only if price goes down or you give more product. thank you.

The taste is great.

I just received this item and found leaking in a mess. The container is plastic. The lid is metal. The lid warped and tilted. I wonder if intense pressure made the lid tilted and created space. More secure packaging, please. Because the product itself might be good.

Great flavor and it's from Japan!! It's pretty pricey, but worth it. I wish it was in a glass jar, hence one star off.

I have been using this brand for over 20ys. So glad that I can buy it on Amazon.
