Will this bag hold enough clothes for a week trip

The bag, when expanded, is large enough for a half dozen changes of underwear and socks. You can fit three or four rolled t-shirts and a pair of jeans. If that gets you through the week, go for it. I have used it for day trips and long week-ends.

Will this fit with a tour pack?

It’s small enough to fit on the top of a tour pack rack and it’s a great bag I loved it .

No it will not fit a jacket. I was able to fit a half helmet only.
