Good product for the price
I towed a chevy S10 from California to Colorado behind a 36’ft motorhome with no problems or issues I was nervous at first but it pulled straight and true the whole way there and back ! Good product

Tow Bar
So much better than running the car on the dolly. Bar is stable and built strong enough to tow the little Saturn. Also easy to adjust to tow correctly. Good tow bar.

Great tow bar, works as intended. Would suggest to a friend.
Works as intended. I don't tow with it often but when I do it's great. Due to how often I tow I couldn't justify a $900 tow bar that the dealer wanted to sell me. This works great. I attach it to the car first then the hitch of the motor-home without issue. I Can even do it solo.

Super easy to hook up
Super easy to hook up! Price was perfect!(Towing a 2016 malibu with a blue ox base plate ) half the cost of an RV dealer ship!

Solid, quality equipment but...
Wish I had used this before the return date expired. It looked good. We tried it on the car and it fit. After the first two, though, I wanted to return but it was too late. After towing, when you go to disconnect, there is too much tension on the bar and it is hard to disconnect. It takes two of us, one in the car trying to go back and forth to release tension and the other trying to pop the front off the ball. Wish I had known, I would have spent the extra money on one with the shocks on either side of the bar. According to other towers, that would solve the problem. It is just a design flaw with any of the tow bars that do not have shocks. Also, it does not fold up and lock into place. My fault, I thought it was a feature that it would have and never thought about checking it. In hindsight, find one with shocks and is lockable in the up position. I'll be selling mine used and then buying another one. : (

This is a piece of junk.
After less than 12,000 miles of towing, it fell apart while I was towing on a freeway at 60+ mph. The nuts that hold one of the arms to the ball hitch fell off, allowing the arm to detach and fall onto the road. This left only one arm attached to the hitch and my tow vehicle began to swerve all over the road. Fortunately another driver saw what was happening and was able to wave me down, before we had a major wreck. When I returned from my trip (after buying a new, better quality, tow bar) I tried to contact Blue Ox customer service but got no reply.

Good tow bar. Ive had one for years sold the old one with a previous tow car. This one for the new tow car.

Great addition to my Blue Ox base plate.
The price was right and it gets the job done. It can be lifted and tied back to move the car short distances.
