DHS Zinc Shampoo 8 oz

I’m new to the dandruff/seb derm community but so far this product is working for me.I wet my hair prior to getting in the shower, towel dry it to damp, and apply this only to my scalp. I use a silicone massager to work it into my scalp, clip the rest of my hair up and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes before rinsing it out.It leaves me itch free for at least 4 days. I have medium length, thickish, 2c-3a curls that I can’t wash daily. Every other shampoo, I’ll wash a second time with another type of dandruff shampoo.I wish there was a cure for this stuff.

I have had an itchy, dry, flaky scalp for years - my dermatologist has prescribed various shampoos over the years which would help my scalp but make my hair so dry I wouldn’t continue using it. Then I used the Apple cider vinegar shampoo and conditioner (made by a different company) and it helped a lot and I still use it periodically.Recently my scalp became so dry and flaky it was embarrassing to wear dark colors and I started researching again what causes this problem. It led me to try this shampoo which contains zinc something —- let me say if only I had discovered this hundreds of dollars ago, probably more, I would have stopped searching. I’ve tried products with salicylic acid (temporary relief) and very expensive products for both shampoo and conditioner (I consider $100 expensive)….but this bottle of shampoo with zinc something is worth every single penny. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this shampoo. Highly recommend!
