confusing measurements - i ordered 38 x 33 cm option and it clearly says on web page 'measurements are for the mirror glass' - so does not include the frame - what i actually received is 38x33 total size - including the frame - the glass mirror is only 29x24cms, so quite a bit smaller and not what I ordered or wanted - but on checking the web page again I can see that in the headline description says it's 12x10 INCHES - which doesn't match anything, and even more confusing!!!the back is also completely different - they have added a standing arm like you find on the back of photo frames, because of the thickness this adds, the toothed wall hooks are too small, in the wrong place and useless, it needs slightly bigger ones put on the frame surround itself to be of any usefree returns, quality and price are good, but the flawed back design/layout and the all the website confusion and inaccuratecy totally let this down - all in all very disappointing

For the price the mirror is very well made and stylish. Easy to hang.
