Helps with Skin Tags
I got this mostly for my sebaceous hyperplasia and a couple skin tags on my neck. I probably zapped over 40 spots for my hyperplasia on my forehead and temples and I'd say its a little better/improved. The small ones disappeared but the larger ones just got smaller. I did two sessions after my skin healed from the first session, I may do a third session on myself. I'm still experimented with how much heat to give each bump. I looked like I got hit with buckshot for a few days, and had some spotting/redness for about 10-14 days afterwards as it healed. The skin tags are totally gone so that's cool.Reading the reviews I was nervous about the battery going out like people said. I thought I was only going to be able to turn the device on several times before it stopped working. But I was able to treat probably 75-100 bumps. My dermatologist quoted me $150 to treat my hyperplasia so I saved some money for sure going with this pen.

Works great -Comfort rating depends on what you use it for. lol
Product is exactly as described. Great quality, would definitely recommend. Id buy again if the need arises. Used it to remove a large skin tag. It was almost as hot as a surgical cautery pencil. There's a rating for "comfort" which is objective and not really fair to the seller, but it's definitely not "cotton ball" comfy.

Great for the money
It took care of the skin moles but may need more power for others, battery won't last too long so plan out it's use

Disposable Cautery Pen
Works on skin tags, warts, sabaceous hyperplasia, Milia, raised hyperpigmentations. But you have to know how to use so it won’t hurt much and it doesn’t burn the next layer of your skin. I’ve been using it on myself and husband. I’ve been buying regularly coz it’s disposable and rans out of batt. But I love the new face now. Thank you for the revamped look.

This is so easy to use and got rid of about 12 skin ...
This is so easy to use and got rid of about 12 skin tags i had around my neck and shoulders. Does sting just a tad when they are getting burned off but its well worth it to get rid of those tags. Is so much cheaper then going to the DR, Office and paying to get them removed. I was told its about 250.00 to get the 12 i needed to get removed.( not covered my medical insurance )Wow, Under 20 bucks and we now have a WINNER. The only down side is now its dead. The battery was used up and you can not replace just the battery, So now i have to get another one if i ever get any more tag that i want to remove. I know they do not say its for skin tags but it works and if you keep everything clean and sterilized it works. Just use at your own risk. Some Tags may need professional attentions to be removed by a Doctor.

Works great!!!
I ordered this for husband because he had a couple of moles he wanted removed. The pen did not only remove his moles. but a couple of DPN's on his face . I used it to remove a mole and dpn's on my face that my dermatologist missed. Unfortunately I learned about this pen after visiting my dermatologist. Anyway I will not be going back for that purpose, as I like the results of the pen. Yes the pen is disposable and the battery does run down fairly quick, but you still get your money worth because a dermatologist will charge way more.

Sad to spend so much money per pencil only for ...
I ordered 5 of these for Operating Room flammability demonstrations and all of them failed, either altogether didn't work at all or didn't get hot enough ! That's unacceptable. Not sure how to get credit but I won't order these ever again if I don't get functional replacements. Sad to spend so much money per pencil only for them not to work in front of a large room of OR Nurses! I was humiliated
