Complete waste of money. No scent at all.
I have sprayed coyote urine to protect my 4Runner against marmots when hiking in the high Rockies. In the past the stuff has been stinking to high heaven and successfully kept both critters and humans at a distance. This time around: no scent at all, might as well have been a bottle of cold tea. I still have some hikes planned so fingers crossed the truck will be OK. Regardless, too much of a letdown at a critical time. I will not use this company ever again. It is obvious that they have issues with quality control and cannot be trusted.

Great Product, But…
This really does work. The deer, raccoons, rabbits, chipmunks, and groundhogs were terrors more than usual for some reason this year and demolished all my hostas, day lilies, tiger lilies, apple tree, rose of Sharon, veggies…you name it, they ate it. I wanted something to help that wasn’t toxic to my plants, ground water (since we’re on well water), or dogs, and something non-lethal.A cousin suggested coyote urine. After a search, I landed on this one and decided to give it a try. After squirting it everywhere, I discovered that it really does work! No issues at all with all our woodland critters here in Northeast Ohio. I didn’t think it was that bad as far as smell…compared to some deer deterrents, so I was pleasantly surprised by that. But make no mistake, it doesn’t smell like roses either. Then it rained. It does need to be reapplied after every rain. But I have almost 2 acres of vegetation to protect, so it’s just not cost effective for me since we get a lot of rain on top of that—meaning lots of re-applications of this product. I just resigned myself that I would have no flowers this year and just protected the veggie gardens. If you have a large property and a lot of rain, a different way of protecting will probably have to be taken unless you don’t mind going through a bunch of bottles of this. For small areas, this product is great! That’s why I gave it 5 stars. It does work. It just wasn’t for me due to the other factors.

As Squirrel deterrent
This product had some benefit, but I'm not as happy with it as I'd hoped for. It doesn't smell. As strong as the promo says. It does have a slight deterrent factor in my small backyard garden, but the squirrels still come in and dig holes and eat plants. I used half a 32 oz bottle at once. Squirterd it directly on the thin layer over wood chips that cover the ground around the plants. Squirted all around the perimeter, too. Today is day 3 and I see about a 30% improvement, maybe less. The promo did say that it doesn't always work for squirrels but sometimes it does. I'm frustrated with the damage the ground squirrels are causing me. The shipping was very fast and the package was wrapped very tightly and professionally.

Worked to keep cats away from house mulch area
My two cats play in the back yard, but a few months ago they started using a rubber mulch area as an outdoor litter box. I tried deterrent spray and then a coyote urine mix in granular form. Those kind of worked, but they would start to use the area again even after reapplying. Frustrated with repeatedly cleaning up the area, I bought a bottle of this product with 100% coyote urine and applied a lot the first time to the area. The cats dug a little around the area the first few days, but now completely stay away. I've since lightly applied it twice, but still have more than half the bottle left. It's worked great so far for my cat problem (about two weeks in).
