Buster ICU Pet Oxygen Therapy Cage (Medium) Includes Oxygen Tubing and Comfort Mat

I purchased the Buster ICU in Medium size for a cat of mine with severe heart disease. I ended up returning the ICU unopened because my cat died before we had a chance to use it. But the customer service I received while talking to the seller (2 different occasions, 2 different reasons) was excellent.While I didn't get to use my purchase with my cat I have had another cat who spent 3 days in this exact ICU cage in hospital for a trachea injury and the cage did exactly what was needed in order to keep him properly oxygenated while his trachea healed. So the cage itself is also a wonderful device if you have a chance to use it.

First and foremost, the customer service and responsiveness from Dan with the company was incredible. The product is very high quality and exactly how represented, and easy to assemble and use. We had some shipping issues at no fault of the company which were quickly resolved and their continual contact was excellent. I highly recommend!

I had a lot of trouble getting the frame unfolded and the plastic cover in place because the frame seems bent or crooked. After spending some time, I got it to the point where it will be useable, but the plastic is loose in some places and too tight in others and no amount of careful adjustment can fix it. I am hoping that the plastic will not develop holes and the zipper won't pop open because of the tension.I also wish the door opening was larger, or there was an opening on the top. I was hoping to use this for pocket pets, and it is not easy getting the a cage in and out. Also, the size of the cage that I can put in is limited due to the opening. I purchased the medium based on the sizes of cages I wanted to use, but I might as well have gotten the smaller size and saved the money because the door is really the limiting factor.

It worked as advertised. By placing Cassy May in the Buster Cage a few hours a day, has greatly help. She is breathing better, and now I don't have to take her to the Vet, to get this type of treatment.

Great quality and good size. Perfect oxygen cage for my little dog. Way over priced but worth it!

I am using the buster ICU with an oxygen concentrator, but this cage has design issues, especially given the price point:- it doesn’t have any vents, instead instructions say that you need to leave the zipper open 6” to vent. It took my cat a whole 30s to figure out she could poke her head through and escape- the clear plastic used for the sides isn’t very strong and will not resist the claws of a motivated curious cat that wants outIn my case it is basically useless unless my cat is sedated, she will be out in no time.
