It was easy to swallow. I get some energy and feel somewhat good. It's a good size. And I sometimes put it in my coffee.

This is the recommended daily allowance for those with no trouble absorbing vitamin B12 (i.e., no intrinsic factor deficiency). Higher doses simply go out in the urine and provide no other advantage.

Product as described and received quickly. After recent lab results indicated a B-12 deficiency, testing of 100-1000mcg dosages produced responses ranging from a caffeine-high, loopiness, sleeplessness to heart palpitations. Low dosage B-12 or anything below 100mcg was impossible to find in stores. This was just what I was looking for and provides the ability to increase the daily dosage from one pill every morning if labs in 3-6 months do not show normal readings.

As a vegan these are essential. I can feel the difference when I’m taking them.

The normal dosage of B-12 is 25-50mcg per day. This is the real deal. Other manufacturers give you so much more than necessary. However, B-12 is harmless in high doses. These also come scored, so you can cut them easily.

Love it . Like the low dose. It doesnt make me eat more food. The 500 dose increased my Appeitit. By this dose is just right. Energy has increased im back to walking. And no increase in appetite. My Dr. Told me to use this . Hard to find in stores. Even Whole Foods didn't carry thrm. I will definitely order again. Had a B12 deficient Due to being a Vegetarian for year, I guess it caught up with me. Thanks Amazon !!
