Not fit in my ear,heavy wightPlease, do let us change the default playback controls of the Sony WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones!I think it's a good product overall, but there is one thing I find extremely frustrating, especially given the price of the product and the potential it has: the lack of advanced control customization.The mobile app lets us change the touch sensor function, but it's not possible to change the operation method -- we are forced to use the default controls. For example, I like to use the touch sensor for playback control, but I don't like tapping twice for next track and three times for previous track -- and the app won't let me change this behavior. I need further customization.I use "previous track" frequently because I listen to a lot of classes and books, and the three-tap command rapidly becomes annoying. Three taps are a lot of taps when it's used frequently. I want to change "previous track" to two taps.I would love to be able to customize these (and other) controls. I hope you can add this feature in a future firmware update.Also, it's a pity the product is not waterproof. Many cheaper alternatives are

If you are looking for a great quality wireless earbuds with amazing noise cancellation and with an impressive battery life then these are the ones for you. However during my 2-3 week usage of the buds I have found some flaws.*These are all my experiences and may not be the same for other users*- When you wear both buds at start playing music, sometimes the music dissociates from the two buds and starts playing music at different times. For example, the right earbud will be playing a second into the song and the left bud will play 2-3 seconds into the song. (HOWEVER, THEY CALLIBRATE AND PLAY AT THE SAME TIME AFTER A FEW SECONDS.)- After 45 - 60 minutes of continuous use of the buds, your ears would start to feel some force due to them being a bit heavy on the ears.- The buds come with multiple tips which are nice, 3 sizes in silicone and 3 in a rubbery material. The tips that were on the buds when I opened them (medium silicone ear tips) fit me the perfectly and none of the rubbery ones fit me even though they were supposed to be the same size as the ones pre added, which was strange.- They don't have any IPX rating, which means they are not actually certified water/sweat resistant so I wouldn't recommend for gym use, but for the casual runner, they would be fine.- If you are looking for buds with a sleeker case, then these aren't the ones for you. Compared to competitors, the Sony WF-1000XM3 case is quite bulky. It can easily fit into the average pant pocket but as a result, it creates a big bump. However the reason for this is to accommodate the battery pack, which charges the buds pretty quickly.- The microphone quality is not as great as you would expect from an earbud at this price point. In quiet/slightly noisy areas, the microphones picks up your voice and the caller will be able to hear you clearly. However in places like a busy metro, it is a bit hard for the microphones to pick up your voice, without you talking loudly. And during this time where wearing masks in mandatory, it would make it even harder to not sound muffled to the receiver.Overall, these earbuds are great. I also have the Sony WH-1000XM3 and the buds are a great portable replacement to those headphones. The touch control is quite responsive and it stays tight into the ear, and I have no worries of it falling off. The app which compliments the buds has an easy to use UI and allows great control and modifications to the buds audio , such as 3D audio and simulating the audio to be in a concert or stage environment.But if the following flaws mentioned above are a big worry to you, then have a look at the other buds by Sony or Bose.Hope this review helped! :)

Pros:1. Really great sound quality, best I've ever heard on something like that2. Noise canceling is actually better and more useful than expected3. Great battery life4. Accompanying app is very useful, allowing you to customize your experience and view battery percentage of both the case and the earbuds.5. Comfortable to wearCons:1. Bulky case compared to other earbuds2. Big earbuds that are may look bulky on your ears to others despite being comfortable to you3. Some stuttering/disconnections issues here and there at certain times but not significant enough to ruin the experience. Noticed it mainly when you have noise canceling on, and the weather is windy.

Excellent sound quality, good connectivity, clear calls.Had some issues in software update but eventually got it fixed after few minutes of charge.perfect & secure fit, protrudes a bit. Touch panels fully customizable, perfect app with a wide choice of settings.upgraded from Bose Sound sport free sound and performance feels much better.

I bought the Sony WF-1000XM3 mainly because of it’s good rating for the ANC and Sound.What is good:+ Packaging appearance, very professional, does not look cheap at all+ good design+ very easy to setup, even though the App seems to be a bit complicated+ EXCELLENT Sound, very Natural, not too much bass, just greatWhat is OK:o fits OK in the ears, I tried all adapters but still give the feeling they are falling out soon, which they didn’tWhat is NOT OK- ANC did not work at all. I tried everything, Reset, with and without ambient sound, then for about 1 min it seemed to work, dead silence, but after that did not manage ever to get it back into that setting. I uninstalled the App, tried without, with App, inside outside, no chance.in the end I gave up and returned it. Very unfortunate.
