How do you calculate when like Chinese food often have veggies and meat stirfry together do I separate them out ?

Hi, For a mixed meal you are best to prepare it such that you have the right proportions in the dish. For example if the stir fry is meat and veggies and the rice is seperate, make it in a way the ensures double the volume of veggies to meat when you make it, then it is already in the correct proportion. Then use the carb section for rice and the two other sections for stir fry. I hope that makes sense. Amanda Clark, Dietitian.
