L'Oréal Paris Permanent Hair Colour, Hair Dye Set with Coloration and Gloss Care Balm, Préférence, 6.21 Light Pearlescent Brown (Zurich), Set of 3

I transitioned from dark golden blonde to a light ash blonde using bleach and this colour. It left no warmth whatsoever - in fact, the colour toner (step 3) should be used with caution as after the advised time, my hair was grey and required an hour soaking in head and shoulders to remove some of the pigment! However please be advised my hair has undergone a number of bleachings over the years so was likely to be susceptible to grabbing toners quickly.

Not happy with colour at all i had vert light blonde hair and wanted the ash look like on the box ..o.m.g. it went like a brown colour very dark..I really don't get who the guy is ..that they call a expert colourist for loreal ..but he has not a glue ..on the back is your colour and what it will go after you have used the dye and it shows a brighter blonde but toned nicely to a ash blonde..it went awful dark like a brown...i won't be buying this one again ever if I could give no stars I would..🫢🤔😏 sorry awful colour result

My natural hair colour is medium ash brown but is now 75% grey. I've been getting it highlighted but my roots were about 2cm and the highlights were going a bit too yellow. After doing this 8.1 colour my hair became a dark blonde ashy mushroom colour which was exactly what I wanted. I think it will blend better when my grey roots start to come in.

Product good but text on box and instructions in foreign language….I was ok as have used before but if I hadn’t….?
