The media could not be loaded. I was very anxious waiting for my hair surgery and when the full section arrived the bottles did not look like the photos. Additionally, they did not come with instructions. I do not recommend it. Very disappointed.

While the bottles have no instructions printed on them there was an insert printed in English on one side. My confusion come from the description, totally in a language I don’t know, (Cirugia Capilar Kera Fruit 8oz (250 ml) + Shampoo Profesional Hidrata y alisa tu cabello Hair keratin Treatment) but I did recognize the words “shampoo” & “Hair Keratin Treatment”, and the 1st step in the instructions tell me to “Wash the hair with any anti-residue shampoo, pH 9 or more.” I was under the impression I was ordering a shampoo & a keratin treatment. The instructions go on to describe a multi-step description of how to apply the keratin treatment, including sectioning my hair before treatment, applying the product and leaving it on my hair for 15-40 minutes, exactly how to blow dry my hair, followed by again sectioning my hair into parts before flat ironing my hair in “thin and linear strands, about 10 to 15 times each strand. After flat iron hair is READY.” My hair is thinning and fragile. I will not be using this product since I don’t think my hair is robust enough to survive the treatment. I guess my lesson is to not order products when the description is in a language I don’t understand. Can’t recommend this product.
