Can I use this to just heat the milk without frothing?

Yes there is just a heated milk option. You can also keep the milk cold and just froth.

It is 110v but the Hostess on sold in the UK is 220. I purchased this for us in Europe and the other for the US. Be warned that they will not last more then 6 months as the teflon will begin to peel and probably not safe to use.. if it is teflon..

Where do you find replacement parts, like disks?

Karen, their web site is very poor when searching for parts for the frother. As indicted below your best bet is to call them at 1-800-767-3554. Their web site does have a PDF download on tips for making the best milk froth.

what temparature is the warm mode?

I'm not sure. However I learned that if you put both magnetic spinners in the pot at the same time, one on top of the other, the foam is much more frothy and higher.
