Fantastic, I use it almost every day! It is a deep message, so it could be a little too hard for some. I love it, my wife puts a blanket over it and she's good. Depending on your height, it will also stop just short of your neck (I'm 5/9" - a tease, but no neck message).

Love this, use it several times a week. It has options for lower back upper back or full back. There is also a heating option.

Work well. Do not overuse it, otherwise you will feel pain after consecutive use in one day.Once a day for every 1 to 2 days works fine for me.

Broke 6 months in, HoMedics abandon my support request.
6 months in, the fabric ripped and the massager stopped turning on. I have tried reaching out to HoMedics for support, and whereas they initially responded quick they have yet to reply to the information I gave to them. I've sent 3 more messages since and feel like they've abandoned me.As much as I loved this back massager, it's far too expensive to die after 6 months of use and leave you stuck having to buy another one... DO NOT BUY THIS!

You can only use this for 15 minutes at a time. The timer doesn't allow the heat part to do anything. It's a strong massage--I'll go as much as to say it hurts, but my back feels a bit better after using.
