I asTarted taking Rhodiola because I heard it helped with energy and weight loss, both which I need help with. They seemed to help a lot and j definitely noticed a difference in my mood. I was taking another brand that my holistic doctor recommended, and I actually had to ask her about them because they didn’t seem to work nearly as well as these.
