I love the 3 ounce size with 25 grams of protein. I don't have to drink 12 to 16 ounces of other products to get 30 grams in. Great to put in bag to take on the run, have at gym after a workout and if you can't get in enough protein daily this helps you to achieve the goal. A bit pricey but worth it. Taste so darn good too.

This protein shot is very helpful for bariatric patients trying to get a lot of protein in a small package but it’s crazy sweet tasting. Like imagine just drinking orange flavored torani syrup. However, now that I’m about 4 months out this makes a good addition to a larger drink. I have a concoction using one of these, a protein20 water, genepro unflavored protein, and some water to lighten the taste and that’s 240 calories 51 grams of protein. It takes all day to drink and maybe defeats the purpose of shots but it definitely helps add to the protein count.

I have a hard time getting protein in my daily diet but these shots taste great and go down easy. I highly recommend.
