Its a toy, not a motorcycle helmet. It is full size and can be worn.

Can you wear it with glasses on?

Mileage will vary, I am not able to get my glasses on while I'm wearing the helmet. I've tried putting my glasses on after I've put the helmet on and my head is apparently just too big to wear the helmet and glasses.

is this the mk 3 helmet or the mk 7 helmet?

Im 99% sure this is the Mark 7 helmet. I did a ton of comparing for marks 3,4, 6, and 7, cuz everything after that the ears are different, and the tiny features are what make a difference and this is most likely the mark 7
