Really invisible and really protects
It does not add anything to the wood appearance under. Not slippery at all. Even wet. Scratch resistant not as diamond plate but far far far superior to engineered hardwood floor I put in rooms around. You can use regular foam roller for application. No tool marks visible. But it is expensive, limited shelf life, required mixing two components to use and fine sanding (150-180 grit) your wood for reasonable coverage

Excellent product, excellent customer service
This product is a one of a kind. Absolutely loved it! Easy to apply and beautiful finished look. Had to contact the seller about a shipping question and they were so great to work with. Wood floor sealer.
I did extensive research before purchasing. It delivered on all points. My new wood stairs are beautiful because of this product. P

Caution
Only use this product if your hardwood floors are in perfect condition. I am not sure if my contractor new how to use this product because I only did one room and it took 3 gallons of this product.
