They are very small and I would say they need to be dry cleaned. I used them on a wedding cake.

Q: How are these attached?

You can buy Beacon 527 at Jo Ann's. Its an excellent glue. Use a q tip to apply a drop at the back of the ribbon flowers. Press or use regular masking tape to hold it down on your project, then wait till dry. Or you can sew it on using invisible nylon thread. Please don't use a hot glue gun

Q: What color is the rhinestone on the black bows?

They are clear rhinestones on all the colors including black. I bought the multi colored pack.
