Does the adult size mask include a pocket for a removable filter?

This mask has 2-layers of fabric and does not have a pocket for a filter.

Do these fit extra large faces?

I am not sure what is meant by extra large. I do know that I had other type copper mask and they were tight and stiff. These were soft and fit well under the chin and were comfortable I could breath.
