This pressure washer is truly excellent. It is far superior to the Karcher that it is replacing.It's clear that AVA have truly thought about making this washer as user friendly as possible, while also ensuring that the build quality is top notch. The washer is extremely powerful, and clearly capable of performing the most power demanding tasks with ease.The hoze is far superior to the hozes that are supplied with Karcher washers, and is 10m out the box, which I find to be a perfect length for my needs. It's more supple than a Karcher hoze, and though it will still kink occasionally, I find this far less of an issue than with the Karcher. The hoze on my old washer was only 6m, leading me to having to physically move the washer body multiple times when washing the car. Not the case with this one, from standing in one place the 10m hoze reaches around the entire vehicle. The reel is also excellent. Allowing for quick and easy length adjustments to the hoze during use, with the 'follow me' ability (the reel turns somewhat from side to side) an excellent way to ensure that the reel works from most front angles.The pressure needed to activate the gun is far less than with a Karcher model. This will help massively when performing long tasks (eg. patio washing) with the machine, and be less likely to lead to hand cramp. The provided lance is also excellent, and can be extended to almost double it's own length in situ, whereas the Karcher came with an extension 'piece' that had to be attached separately.The washer also comes with two great attachments. One being the 'rotary nozzle' attachment, which can provide superb power when cleaning stronger materials (patio or brick). The other attachment is one that provides a more traditional 'flat' spray, but this has 3 settings. Tight, wide and a combination of the two. The tight and wide settings maintain the power, but the middle setting drops the power somewhat, making it perfect for cleaning the car while ensuring no damage takes place. In addition to these two attachments, a foam cannon is provided, however I currently own and use an AutoGlym one, so cannot comment on it's performance.It even has a reel for the power cable, which makes storage a simple process, as everything can be neatly rolled away. I find it has more-or-less the same footprint as my old washer, but its on-board storage is far superior and well thought out.Another great feature of this washer is that it uses fittings that are a match for those used by Karcher, so if you have any accessories for a Karcher washer, they will fit and work fine with this washer.It is worth noting, that as other reviewers have mentioned, this washer does seem prone to causing fuses to blow. The first time I tested it I had it plugged directly into a socket, and it was fine. Then at the weekend I came to use it to wash my car on an extension reel (rated for 3120w) and after the initial sound when turning it on, it seemed to go dead. Turns out the fuse in the washer plug was fine but it had caused the extension reel plug fuse to blow. The extension reel in question has been in use for several years now with no issues, so it may have simply been that the fuse was almost on it's way out. Funnily enough when I purchased this reel, I had actually bought two of them, so I went back in the house, collected the other one and plugged it in, proceeding to use the pressure washer just fine to wash my car with no further incidents. Will keep an eye on this and update this review if any more fuse blowouts occur.

What a difference between AVA and karcher.Lot more pressure. The foam amount used was reduced by half. Great coverage.Cleaning the patio took a considerably less time.The only issue for me was the cable tidy, can be a pain. Hence the 4 star not 5 star review would have given 4.5 stars if possible.

The unit arrived broken, exactly as described in another review I’d seen (with photos) – the water supply valve had been smashed off. I had to contact AVA, and while they did reply within 1–2 working days they eventually sent me a replacement.The machine itself is one of the most powerful electric pressure washers I’ve used. It’s definitely good enough for home use, and if it hadn’t arrived damaged, I would rate the machine itself a solid 4/5.However, compared to previous electric pressure washers I’ve owned (Bosch, Karcher, etc.), this one feels a bit more complicated to set up. For the price point, I would honestly rather invest in a petrol pressure washer, considering the power and the hassle involved.To make matters worse, they accidentally sent me a second unit without explanation. I then had to go through a third party to arrange for its collection, which was another inconvenience I didn’t need.Between the initial damage, the confusing logistics, the questionable build quality, and the lack of quality control, I cannot recommend this product, despite its capability once it is working. A disappointing experience overall.Let’s see if AVA truly honours its 10‑year guarantee and how long this machine actually lasts in real‑world use.

Probably the best pressure washer I have used at home. Very sturdy, trigger feels really comfortable. The follow you reel is excellent idea, the only downside to the whole thing is the cable reel where the plug has to be inserted inside the reel first. Would have preferred simple wind in option. However all that said overall it is a worth while purchase 5 stars

Unfortunately, it arrived dead on arrival. The water supply valve had been smashed off, and the casing was damaged. Hopefully, it's a quick and easy process to either have a replacement sent and the damaged one returned, or receive a refund.Will update as required.

Very powerful pressure washer but let down by several issues. I had it a few weeks and it kept blowing 13amp fuse until it stopped working! It was promptly swapped for new unit which has been working fine until the short handle started to leak water . I purchased new handle as just over a year old , but now the nozzle has started to leak . Just let down by poor build quality unfortunately. Poor when I’m thinking of replacing for different brand after 14 months after repeated issues.

This is an awsome machine from Ava. You can tell they know how to build a pressure washer the quality is like nothing else out there. Will last a lifetime for me as it has a 20 year warranty.

When choosing my pressure washer I did loads of research. In the end I chose the Ava P80 Evolution because of its specifications and it's amazing warranty of 20 years. Ava clearly don't want their products to be in landfill in a year or two, in contrast with some other brands. My P80 Evo is very powerful and has more than strength enough to clean driveways etc. It's also a superb choice for Detailers too. I can cope with the P80 fuse issue some folk mention as the positives for me Far outweigh changing the odd fuse. From my research I don't believe the fuse issue applies to the P50, P60, or P70 models.One other thing I'd like to mention is that the accessories are of very good quality and not flimsy poorly fitting items. The steel re-enforced 10m hose is very high quality. Overall I am really happy with my purchase and I hope my review is useful.
