The yoga cards are perfect for beginners, great explanation on the back of the cards, and adaptations that are useful especially when starting out.The cards themselves are made from a good thick quality card, they are a good size and has empowering art work.They are contained in a beautiful box with a fantastic booklet on the perfect set of poses for each problem area.Will be buying another set as a gift.

The booklet and information on the cards is in-depth, but all of the artwork has been pulled from places like Shutterstock and is inconsistent and weird. A head's up - I'm neurodivergent and have worked in design for a number of years, so it threw me off enough to want to return them. It might not necessarily bother other folks, and that's fine.

Great booklet for showing you different sequences or you can make up your own with the cards. They are beautifully illustrated.

I really love these cards - beautiful illustrations and also very practical with their suggested yoga poses depending on what you’re looking to accomplish (relieve back pain, release stress, loosen your hips, etc.). Very happy with these!
