Worked for hormonal acne
Same as a few other reviewers, I learned of this from an online girl who has a blog and youtube channel talking about natural ways to fight acne. (thelovevitamin.com) I've had really really bad acne since I was 20 (now 26), and it's been on and off serious to mild as I try different methods of curing it, from topical to chinese herbs, to various skin care regiments and naturapaths, dermatologists...and the list goes on. Nothing worked to truly clear my skin, NOTHING.Quick background about my skin:I can say through a long list of methods, this was the "last straw that broke the camel's back". Long story short, 2 years ago my acne got VERY VERY bad, I drank tons of chinese herbs for about a year and it helped it to calm down, but I still had new ones popping up, some small and some monstrous. I was then introduced to coffee enemas which helped to remove a lot of toxins from my liver (look up the Gerson Therapy, it's a great way to heal the body of so many diseases). After almost a year of doing enemas almost daily, my acne was reduced significantly, but I still had cystic acne around my jaw line and under my chin. But my forehead, cheeks, and nose area cleared up.Result of Estroblock:It was around this time, when I knew there was more I needed to do to completely clear up my skin that I stumbled across the girl with the website mentioned above. Two weeks into taking estroblock, my skin was clearing up and I wasn't getting new cystic acne!!! I took this for a month, and saw serious results. Many ppl say it takes 2-3 month, but it took me 2-3 weeks. Which is a huge relief, because I didn't want to spend so much money to find yet another failed product. I took two tablets daily, one in the morning and one at night. I stuck with my schedule perfect for about 90% of the month I took this.Tried another brand:After I ran out, I wanted to save money and purchase DIM, which is half the price. I know that the main ingredient inside both products was significantly lower for the DIM brand, but I wanted to try anyways. I found that taking the first bottle of DIM gave me the same results as Estroblock, and I slowly actually stopped taking it religiously on a daily basis. And yes, my skin stayed clear. I say randomly I would get a PIMPLE, but I mean a tiny small red pimple that is barely noticeable compared to the huge volcanic ones I used to get. And these pimples went away quite quickly. However, I still have dark spots, and hard lumps under my right side chin on my neck that is really stubborn and hard to get rid of. After I finish my DIM, I'm considering going back to Estroblock for a month, and see if it will help get rid of these stubborn things.Bottom Line:GREAT PRODUCT. Highly recommended for people with hormonal acne to at least try it out.

Huge help clearing up post-BC acne!
This is actually the first time I have ever reviewed an Amazon product, or really any product for that matter, but after having a great experience with Estroblock, I would really like to leave some feedback for other buyers. A few months ago, I decided to go off of birth control pills after 6+ years of continuous use. I was very happy with my experience on birth control pills, but reached a point where it was no longer necessary for me to remain on BC. A few months after stopping my BC, I started to develop some pretty severe hormonal acne along my jawline and chin. I did have some issues with acne during my teenage years, but leading up to and all throughout my use of BC, my skin was great and I thought I had overcome my problem with acne. Needless to say, I was pretty bummed when this problem returned and did not show any signs of clearing up.I tried a ton of various acne treatments, mostly in the forms of face washes and creams, but unfortunately this problem just kept getting worse. After reading through various online forums, blogs, and articles, I came across some recommendations for Estroblock. Since nothing else seemed to be working for me, and so many people had great things to say about this product helping with hormonal acne (some individuals even mentioning use of it to help with going off of the pill), I decided to give it a try. I have only been on this pill for two weeks, taking the recommended two pills per day, and I am seeing drastic results in my skin. Almost all of my acne has cleared up along my chin and jawline, and I have not noticed any new blemishes. I attribute my skin clearing up largely to the Estroblock, but in addition to this I have also been making a point to eat a little healthier and work out more frequently, which I know can also help with skin problems. I have also continued to use a pretty basic skin care regiment. My only skepticism with this product is that I was not able to find a lot of information, besides other consumer reviews, regarding the safety of this specific product. There are several articles, however, including one from Dr. Oz, regarding the main ingredient- which seems to be pretty safe. This seems to be a problem with a lot of supplements in general, but, because of this, I do not plan to use this product long term, unless more information becomes available. I am hoping that a few months on the product will help balance my hormones post-birth control pills, and that I will eventually be able to slowly stop use of this product. I hope that this information is helpful! I know the many reviews on this product really helped me to decide whether or not Estroblock was a good fit for me, and I have been very happy with this product overall.

next time I’ll just talk to my doctor instead
I have PCOS, and terrible hormonal acne, and I’m on a waitlist currently to talk to my dermatologist, so I thought this would be a quick fix in the meantime. Oh how I wish I would’ve just waited out these two months without trying this product .After taking just three doses of the medication, my skin broke out way worse than it ever had and I had the most excruciating headaches that caused me sensitivity to light and sound, as well as making extremely nauseous. Let me add that these headaches have lasted two days now after stopping the medication. Last but certainly not least, this medication gave me an unexpected heavy period. I understand that for most girls, this would be a normal occurrence, but I am on heavy duty birth-control that I never stop taking (doctors orders) because my periods are so heavy and excessively painful that they nearly put me in the hospital. I haven’t had one in over a year. I take three doses of this medication and now I get to deal with a heavy extremely painful period right before a flight to go see family for a holiday. Excellent news. Needless to say, this medication has really mess with self-esteem and my life. I also love that the company won’t give you a refund, so I’m just out the money and I have flushed these nasty pills. Thanks for nothing.
