Day#1 - I took ONE pill and immediately lost my craving to smoke. However, I did NOT sleep well.I was up all nite, but did NOT smoke that day, nor that nite.Day #2 - I didn't like being up all nite, so, I skipped the pills on day 2. I also had no desire to smoke.Day #3, I followed the directions - one pill every 2 hours.BUT, by noon, I felt so "hyper" and anxious, I stopped after the first two pills in the morning.I did NOT smoke on day 3. In fact, I never gave it a thought.I didn't take anymore pills and I've not smoked for 6 consecutive days and have NO cravings.Revised Review ...EDIT: Update April 2023Day 9 - I resumed smoking.As of today, I've been smoking for 2 weeks.I wrote the original review 2 weeks ago and I've been smoking since day 9.I am not taking any more of these pills because they make me "hyper" and keep me awake all nite.Removing 2 stars due to agitation and insomnia.UPDATE: May 2, 2023Been smoking like a chimney for a month, so TODAY, I went back to Nesmokensen.I took ONE pill @ 9:30 AM.Will update as I go.If I get too agitated, I'll have to stop.*** UPDATE *** AUGUST 19, 2023 *********************** Yes, I QUIT SMOKING! *************2 pills a day in the morning ONLY, 2 hrs, apart.Please note, this is AUGUST. It took 6 months.But once I figured out the dosage (without the hyperactivity), these pills pulled me thru.Review upgraded from 3 stars to 5.The struggle is real!

☆I am here to update my review of Nesmokesen. It is the 28th of December and I am still smoke and nicotine free! 10 months!! There are times I want a cigarette, but I just push through. This works if you are going to follow the instructions☆If You Want to Quit - this WILL work.I smoked 44 years, that's a long time!I received my bottle of Nesmokesen on the 9th of February 2024, and started the "process" on the 12th because I wanted to begin on a Monday. I followed the directions and had my last cigarette on the 16th of February. 🌼I downloaded the "progress-tracking" app and printed out the calendar. The calendar is 8X11, so I cut the weeks out in strips making them easier to fold up and carry with a daily dose of the Nesmokesen in a pill box. The app tells you how many capsules and what time a day to take them, which I wrote on the day of the calendar.I am coming up on 2 months cigarette and nicotine free, with very little side effects.I am very happy I found Nesmokesen! I would recommend this to other people, but you have to be serious about wanting to quit. (If you aren't serious, don't purchase then blame the product instead of yourself, just saying)

I don't know how I found this product on Amazon, but when I did and noticed all the positive reviews I decided to order it. I have been smoking for over 40 years and have tried patches, gum and cognitive behavioral therapy to help with my 1/2 pack a day addiction and NOTHING worked. Not knowing what the side effects could be, I decided to start by taking one pill. I could not believe that on the day I took just one pill, I had NO desire to smoke. Since it's been a habit of mine for 40+ years, I lit up one cigarette the 1st day but couldn't even finish it. I didn't take the pill again for another 48 hours and only had the desire to smoked once in that time. I think I will complete the process by taking a single daily dosage as right now that seems to be working. I will update in a month because if this can work for me, it can work for anyone who truly wants to quit. I LOVE smoking but it's getting so expensive, and I mean I LOVE it. So here's hoping I will experience long term success with this product and that you will too.

I just ended up switching from smoking to using on pouches. I quit smoking for 3 days using these but it wasn’t what I was looking for

I wanted my husband to quit smoking and thought this would be the trick. He tried it but it didn't work. Maybe he should have stayed on it longer, but he's stubborn and I gave up.

UPDATE: 2024 In May it will be 2 years that I have been smoke/nicotine free. Thank you Nesmokesen.UPDATE: it has been 9 1/2 months since I used Nesmokesen to quit smoking. I am still smoke free and with very little craving for nicotine. What cravings I do get passes quickly without a lot of dwelling on the craving. If this heavy smoker with a 50 year smoking/vaping habit can stop with this product maybe it can help you. Great product.After smoking 1-2 packs of cigarettes daily for 47 years and vaping for the past 3 years I decided to give Nesmokesen a try. In the past, I had tried quitting many times by using nicotine products, prescription medications and going cold turkey. Nothing has worked as well for me as Nesmokesen. This product is awesome. I have been nicotine free for over a month and I don't think much about vaping/smoking. Taking the capsules of Nesmokesen was easy to take and kept me feeling pretty calm and relaxed . I will say that when I was down to taking 4 capsules a day I started craving carbs and I have gained some weight but I am working on losing those pounds. I am happy to have stopped nicotine products without much discomfort. Great product. I did not get anything for giving this review.
