Large Fine Mesh Strainer for Kitchen - Metal Stainless Steel Colander for Rice, Pasta, Quinoa, Yogurt (11x4 In)

Just getting back into making yogurt agajn using my instant pot and this strainer is a joy. I love the size, I love the weight, I love the mesh. It is reasonably easy to clean. I am looking forward to getting all kinds of use out of this, great value for the money. (Like other reviewers have said though, it would be nice to have handles of some sort)

I wanted a big strainer that was so fine that I could wash my rice with. I got exactly what I wanted, so I can’t really complain, the only problem is that the gaps/holes are so small that I sometimes have a hard time removing the gunk from non-solids. Again, I can’t complain, I got exactly what I wanted.

Sturdy base, well made, perfect size

It does a fantastic job straining tiny food like rice and thin rice noodles. However, had to take 1 star off because soft pieces of food get stuck between the mesh.

The Best strainer. Ok, I bought this for aquarium gravel. It is so easy to rinse gravel using this strainer. No gravel escapes,even during the scrubbing process, all the gravel stays safely inside. No problems with keeping it from going down a drain. The design is flawless, the holes are tiny, but there are so many of them. It rinses and drains quickly.Super easy to clean, and store. Even the price was good for such a nice, lightweight, handy strainer. I recommend thisfor all your straining needs.
