i don't know what the warranty is; but what i can say is that the material is very thick and flexible, therefore, in my opinion, will last a long time! It also has ample room inside so that you don't have to stretch it to get your leg inside.

I guess you could. The product was made to be waterproof and leak proof. We use it as a leg cast cover for showers.

Q: What are the white Styrofoam discs for?

I actually have the arm/elbow cover and there are no styrofoam discs. The white material inside the sleeve in the picture is the person’s bandage. The arm version works very well but be sure to measure your arm or leg as instructed before you order.
