Looking Great / Charge levels appropriate :)
A strong start :) I could not ask for more / battery behaving as it should ..... To be using a beautifully designed unibody Macbook that is > 17 years old with the most modern MacOS - keeping out of landfill is just perfect ! Not asking for much ;)

Wait a week and see how it does.
After I installed, it worked fine then after a couple of days the battery was down and my computer said bad battery and to replace. Amazon sent another one right out and I had a replacement within a couple of days. Ironically, while waiting the first one charged up and computer removed bad battery message. So now I have two and that is okay. I'll need a spare and I the price was so good I don't mind paying for the second one.

Holds charge and works great
It DOES hold a charge. Bought this a few weeks ago for my late-2008 unibody aluminum Macbook (running Sierra). The old battery was barely hanging on and would only last a few minutes. This new replacement battery makes it possible for me to use my laptop untethered once again. For the first several rounds of usage, I ran the battery all the way down to 5% and then recharged back to 95-100%. Did this several times and all is well so far. I'm able to get ~4 hours out of this battery when using the internet for reading and emails - I imagine that if i were doing something more intensive like streaming videos or playing games, the charge would last a shorter time. Note: the percentage shown on the computer's battery minder takes a few minutes to calculate properly and adjust, so it may show a disappointingly low "time remaining." I've found that if I use the computer for several minutes, the "time remaining" adusts higher. Right now, at 78%, it says 3 hrs and 36 minutes remaining.

Low cost battery but does not last long
I replaced the original battery with this. It is very easy to replace and fits perfectly. It has a disappointingly short life, at least compared to the original. From a full charge until 20%, my MacBook will last perhaps an hour but at least it works.

Danger!!!!
Well it worked great for about 4 months and then started to drastically deteriorate to this time bomb that no longer holds a charge….vendor claims to have a 18month type warranty. Let’s see if that is true…

Loses charge quicker than expected
I have 2 Macs. The battery was purchased for the older one. It holds a charge for about 3 days. My other Mac and original battery are about 5 years old and that battery lasts 2-3 weeks and it is used more. Both are left on/in sleep mode.

Great battery for the price
The battery weighs slightly more than the real MacBook battery but I think that's because it has better materials. So far so good oh, I installed this in a customer's computer and the last I checked with them it was working great. No complaints about battery life either. I did test it for returning the computer to them and can say that it is probably better than minimum spec. Will buy again if the need arises
