I purchased this 2 years ago but only used it maybe 10 times if I had to guess. Didn’t remember dropping or doing anything to affect the item. But one day the blades had separated. Being it was 2 years and no warranty I reached out anyway to see if they could do anything. They replaced the item at no cost to me! They didn’t have to do that and you can expect great service from this company that stands behind their product! Item cuts VERY well and has a handy light on it too. Works extremely well, very satisfied and thanks again.

I love these electric razors. They’re affordable and do a good job. In fact, my husband kept stealing mine so I had to order another! Eventually our first one did stop charging but I’m not sure if that’s a quality issue or user error. Either way we bought another!

I purchased this product to get rid if the pubic hairs that would get tangled up in cock rings and because I liked the bald look. It works very well, and the built-in light makes it much easier to see hairs you might have missed while trimming. My only caveat is that where it cuts down to 1/64”, it cannot cut as close as a razor. Battery life is excellent. I gave it five stars because it delivers everything it promised and is easier to use than a razor.

This shaver worked very well for shaving my private area. You will NOT get a bald shave. You need a manual razor for that. It kept everything neat, and closely shaved without being bald. It was great for that and it held a charge for a long time. I got it at the beginning of 2023. Now, in 2025, it has malfunctioned. The razors are off and will not cut hair anymore and it makes this terrible clacking noise. I'm disappointed with that. I want my products to last. Additionally, for me, the shaver wasn't great at shaving legs or armpits.

I bought this in 2023 and am now repurchasing this bc I loved it so much! I lost the charging stand which is why I'm now buying another. Its still going strong, and shaves so well. Does not snag or catch skin, 10/10 shaver!

They have amazing customer service. My trimmer broke on its own and they shipped a replacement quickly and free of charge.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Most reviews were favorable so I thought I'd give it a try. Just over 2 years in having used it less than 7 times and it no longer charges. Waste of money. I do not recommend this product... look elsewhere.
