Terrible flushing, don’t recommend

Dr recommended this for improving my cholesterol numbers. My LDL was very high. I get my next bloodwork done in June and I have been taking this for about 1 month now, along with red yeast rice, cod liver oil, Co Q10, NAC and Vit E. Also I have drastically changed my diet and feeling really good. Dr advised me to eliminate caffeine, dairy, gluten, sugar and red meat. I exercise everyday by walking for cardio anywhere from 2 to 6 miles. I do free weights, stretching, floor exercises like planks, crunches, push ups, lunges, squats, leg lifts, etc. When it's warm I enjoy swimming in the ocean or the pool. I'm 70 years old and want to feel as good as I can for as long as I can!

Ok, so this will give you an occasional flush...not always though. I kind of look forward to it b/c it's short lived, lasting about 30-45 min or so & feels like a Florida sunburn. It scared me the 1st time it happened but now I actually enjoy it. I'm on my 2nd bottle & will continue to take it for lowering cholesterol.

I will never buy this product again. It's time released? Yeah! About three hours later, you'll experience 20 to 30 minutes of intense Niacin flush. If the time release really works, I only see it as a time bomb that waits and releases too much at once later.

Seem to be working well.

This arrived with a lid that was in several pieces but the seal wasn't broken so I kept it....pill is a little strong for me. I get a rash unless I cut it in half and take it every other day..

Almost ended at the emergency room.. Big flush and rush all over my body..I am really surprised since Metagenics is a trusted lab and I buy often from them..Do not recommend.. Take Niacinamide instead...
