Will this product fit 6 inch figures?

Nope. Unfortunately not. 3 3/4 inch or 4 inch are suited to this. Foe example GI Joe, Star Wars Black Series, certain Marvel figures or Bruder's own BWorld figures.

Would the log trailor with the grabber arm fit onto the back of this?

Yes I believe it would. Purchased this for my son. Great quality and firm favourite. Would highly recommend.
