Good buy
Nice to have instead of dark brown sugar, as it doesn't change the colour or taste much, always use in cooking and coffee...... which is really lovely.

I really like this sugar for baking I moved to Republic of Ireland couldn’t get any I do think this is seriously overpriced I wouldn’t buy again came really quickly

Billingtons Golden Caster Sugar
I like the golden Caster Sugar for baking ! BUT I found it expensive-for such a small amount !although an excellent organic product !

The only sugar I buy
I use Billington's for chocolate making and baking, and wouldn't use anything else. The quality is always exceptional and the flavour is great. There are other golden / unrefined cane sugars out there, but I always end up coming back to Billington's.
