It’s great quality and my partner gets great use out of it holds a lot of weight

Great piece of kit. Only thing that's sort of pointless is the metal anchor that you put the weights onto. For me, this is just time consuming, unclipping and clipping the bar to the rope every time you need to adjust the weight. It's much easier to just discard that part and loop the rope through the weights and clip it back on itself. Much easier and faster to use that way, and less kit to transport. Only down side is that it eats into the length of rope you can deploy. So if they designed it this way, they could have just included more rope.Also, the demonstrations of these show arms extended. That's just not the correct way to use this bit of kit. Doing that is going to load up your shoulders and force them to give way before you forearms do. Otherwise, it's really good. Targets the forearms and biceps really well, when used properly.

So I have not piled on the weight as depicted in the product photo and do not know how much weight it would actually carry. It does not hold olympic weight through the centre but thankfully there is a clip to use as an alternative.

This is an excellent product to purchase if you wish to build up your wrists and forearms. It is well made, comfortable and looks to be very durable. Would certainly recommend purchase,

Good quality piece of equipment and simple to use. There are plenty of Youtube videos on how to get the most out of it.

Good construction, the grips haven't come off for me and I've been hammering it, I used one in the gym and thought I'd buy one for at home, the gym one is the alloy version, but this is as good and with grips, which does start to burn after a while but your gonna get that with this type of exercise, remember wind up one way let it down wind up the other so you hit the top and bottom parts of your forearms.

Very good product. Only reason I've given 4 stars for durability and sturdiness as I've only been using for a couple of months. Very pleased so far. Great exercise for forearms and wrists.
