Wonderful product! I've tried 3 different water fountains for my cats, but this one seems yo take the cake. Previous fountains dirtied and got slimes fairly quick. This one does not get as dirty. That's a huge plus in my book, and for my kitties as well. I have 8 cats, and at least 5 of them are picky about their water. They much prefer to drink directly from a faucet and this seems to wuinch their thirst and satisfy the need to drink from the spigot. Filters are included with this fountains, as well as.cleaning tools. Putting it together was quick and easy, and to date, give had no issues with it's performance. It's quiet, even when. The water runs low. I like the subtle blue light that illuminates the level of water sitting inside, so you know when more water needs to be added. If I had to buy another, I would. I highly recommend this fountain!

I purchased two of these cat water fountains for my four cats, and I couldn’t be happier! All of my cats drink from them easily, and I love knowing they’re staying hydrated with fresh, filtered water. The fountains are quiet, easy to set up, and offer great health benefits by encouraging more water intake. Best of all—no more washing water bowls every couple of days! Perfect size, definite value for my money. These have made my life easier and my cats happier. Highly recommend!

We had a cheap fountain we picked up at a store and were overall not happy with it. So when it died less than a year later, we looked for a solid replacement. This one looked nice and we snagged it, and after we were sure our cats were using it, got a 2nd one to replace an old style upside down water bowl. I've now had both for over a month. Been very happy with it.Pros:- All metal design is both durable, easy to clean, and doesn't collect pet hair and build up like our old plastic one did.- Fountain/pump output is customizable. You can remove the fountain and let it just bubble up, or you can adjust the fountain a bit by raising or lowering how far it is in the device to adjust how the water comes out.- Quiet. Once the motor is submerged, you can't hear the motor, and all you'll hear is a gentile water flow. If you find that calming, great. If not, you can adjust the top fountain spout a bit and change the noise level a bit depending on where the spout of water hits. I'm noise sensitive when I sleep, and one of these is just 6 feet away from my head, and I've gotten it quiet enough I don't notice the water flow.- Pleasant noise - IF you like the sound of flowing water like on a fountain or creek, then the default noise is very reminiscent of a bubbling creak or gentile fountain. You can minimize this if you want, or if you enjoy it, there's no need and you can just let it flow and enjoy the peaceful sounds.- Convenient window to make it easy to see where the water level is.- Smart filter to keep hair out of the motor as well as to filter the water. The filter, even if not used, goes though a cage that should help also keep hair out of the motor. Replacements are easy to install for both the motor filter, and the water charcoal filter.- Top drinking area is great, raised for healthy drinking angles, and overflows into the container, allowing you to fill the device quickly if you want with little risk of spilling, as overflow over the top still goes into the reservoir.- USB powered motor gives you some extra flexability in where you can plug this in. The adapter works fine, but with a proliferation of USB plugs in homes, you may not need the adapter.- The easy to view level window is nice, and the light makes it easy to see.Cons (Some of these are quite personal to be fair):- I wish the cable for the motor was handled a bit better. Because it's mostly loose, you have to make sure it's in the right spot when you put the top on or else it won't sit in the reservoir properly. Not a major issue, but having a clip on the back to guide it though would solve this easily.- Somewhat related, I wish the cable was shorter with an extension adapter instead of just a long cable. While not a huge problem, it means unplugging the fountain could be problematic if you run the cable behind something to hide it and thus have to move furnature or rerun the wire every time you want to unplug it and clean the top.- Related to the above complaint, the ability to turn off the fountain without unplugging it would be appreciated. If I just want to check something under the fountain, or turn it off for a moment, I can't.- Semi-related to the above, I would love to be able to turn off the light for the fill level. It's not a major issue, but I'm very light sensitive and one fountain is in my bedroom, and the blue light bothers me sometimes.- Fountain motor looks permanently attached to the top. This means if I want to clean the top, I have to deal with the motor and unplug the device. Not a major issue, particularly because it's not like getting the motor wet is a problem while cleaning, but it is kinda annoying. Now it's possible there is a way to detach it, and I just haven't figured it out yet, but that means it's not easy or obvious.So, overall, I have lots of positive comments on this, and very few negative ones. And most of my negitive ones are very nitpicky to me, and may not be issues at all for some people. Is this the best fountain out there? I can't say that, as I haven't used many. But is this a good high quality fountain? Absolutely. I own 2, and if we needed a 3rd, I'd not hesitate to get a 3rd.Update: Almost immediately after I posted this, I went to clean one of the fountains, and it stopped working. It was lighting up, but not pumping. After reaching out to the company, they asked me to clean the pump first and sent me a great video on how to clean the pump. I didn't expect it to help as the filters had done their job of keeping out hair, but sure enough with less than 2 minutes of cleaning work (it's super simple to clean, and the motor is a magnetic propeller, so you can remove it and clean all around the propeller), the pump was back to full force. I also got the response less than 24 hours after I sent the request for help, so they were quick to help and provided a very useful walk though.So, if you find you have an issue where the pump stops, particularly if the light still does, clean out the motor, and you should be back in business.

So far, so good with this water fountain. My cat is 18 and has some kidney issues, so my vet recommended getting a water fountain to encourage her to drink more water. At first she stayed away from it, but slowly she got curious and started using it. Now she will often just lay beside it and watch the water move! It is easy to put together. I have another cat, who I haven't seen use it yet, but the size seems appropriate for multiple cats. It's quiet as it runs - I use the faucet feature and do not hear it at all. I have had this for almost 2 weeks and checked the filter just yesterday. It had some hair in it, which I pulled out. I will change the filter as recommended. I like that I can see the water level through the front window so I know when it's time to put in fresh water, which so far has been every 2-3 days. I have the water separate from the food dishes because my cats would put the food in their water bowl. This fountain helps prevent that mess. I did not give 5 stars because I haven't had it long enough to say much else; but overall I'm happy with the performance so far!

Well I love it. As for my cats???? One loves it and drinks from it all the time. 2nd one is curious about it and drinks out of it occasionally. And 3rd cat won't touch it. it's as if she doesn't know it's water. so bummer, I still have to have a bowl out every day along side the fountain.I love the very quiet sound of water. No motor irritating your ears. Nice and wide for drinking from the pool, and a good spout of water to drink directly from. Cleaning is super easy. Great price too. I love stainless steel, it's great quality.

My cats are so pleased with their new fountain. I have had other fountains for my cats before, but this one is quieter and better quality. My past fountains were plastic and cheap quality (but the same price as this one). I like that the water is filtered as it drains back in to the bowl keeping cat fur and other debris out of the pump. It is easy to clean with clear instructions.The best part is that both of my cats like it.I would buy this again, but I have a feeling that this one will last me quite a while.

This product really exceeded my expectations considering how decently priced it is! It runs smoothly and quietly. All my cats absolutely love it. I like that they have to option to drink from the flowing stream or just out of the bottom of the bowl. It was pretty simple to put together and I like how I can clean all the parts, including the motor itself. The fountain itself looks clean and sleek with all the metal. Fits in with any sort of decor in your house.
