From all the good reviews, I was really anticipating a fantastic new prostate toy. There are a lot of problems here that might not have been experienced by those who gave these as gifts, or who haven't really given them the full workout.For starters, even though the instructions say the working time is 70 minutes (which really isn't sufficient), this did not survive even 40. Which was a letdown, to say the least. A full charge only takes a couple of hours, and the indicator light stops blinking when complete, so there is no doubt the unit was properly charged. I tested it again, after cleaning and recharging, thinking maybe it would perform better under "laboratory conditions" (that is, without the body's friction bogging down the motors). So I chose a mid-level setting and timed its performance just sitting there. It gave up after 33 minutes! And it's not going to get any better. This issue alone makes the massager almost worthless.I don't know anything about silicon, but as the owner of several silicon anal toys, I can report beyond a shadow of a doubt that this one retains a foul odor unlike any of the others, despite getting the same meticulous washing. Is this what they mean by "medical grade silicon"? If so, give me the other kind, please. It does seem maybe a little bit more porous, which maybe makes it feel more like "jelly kissing your sensitive parts," but, in practice, nothing about this model feels exceptionally luscious.The advertised patterns are fairly non-distinct. I would have thought the remote would give you the ability to control the motors separately, or adjust intensity -- or anything interesting. But there's really only one button (either on the unit, where it's hard to find by feel, or on the remote), with which you cycle through all the combos, with no indication when you're starting over, so you just kind of get lost in various buzzing sensations. Both motors are engaged vigorously in every combo. The vibration amps up and down a bit, but there are no settings for, say, a low-rumbling kind of mood, with slow thrusts, or a setting that offers some surprises or changing patterns. There seems to be some vibration in the "egg" part, but it could be just the thrusting motor, which seems to do pretty much the same thing all the time. Amazingly, you can barely feel the thrusting because there's rarely anything anchoring the "egg," so it sort of runs in place and is not very effectual. Pulling outward on the tail helps give it a little friction. The front motor is all about the taint region, which is also pretty ineffectual, as none of vibrations extend into the penis rings, the size of which dumbfounded me until I finally realized you can really stretch those rings super aggressively, and finally I was able to wear the toy as intended. The seller offers no instructions except how to clean and store, and how to push the button to cycle through the buzzings.I have purchased much more satisfying toys in this price range. I would be underwhelmed with this if it just functioned as designed. But I would rate it higher than one star, for providing a little diversity to my collection at a reasonable price. But with the absurdly inadequate battery life, and the odor retention, I cannot recommend this to anyone at any price. Maybe the non-thrusting models are better -- at least in terms of battery life -- but I'll bet they have many of the same issues.

I don't know how I would improve upon the design, but even fully inserted, the thrusting is so miniscule it feels like a weak vibration, not a thrust. The other vibrator does feel quite pleasing but the main draw was the back end. If I could return it I would, waste of money. Two stars because overall it appears and feels nice, but it utterly fails to deliver.
