Life Coaching For Dummies Paperback – 28 July 2010

Great book to help you figure out what's important to you, what's working and not working in your life and how to go about getting from where you are to where you want to be.I love how you can dip in and out of different sections as you need them although of course if you have time it's probably good to start with some of the more foundational stuff I love that you don't have to. The exercises are all really good and I love that it's non-directional and doesn't try to force any particular philosophy or ideal way of life or fixing your life on you - it really does what it promises and helps you find ways of living a more fulfilling life - whatever that means to you.I've already recommended and bought this book for others and can imagine myself coming back to this book time and time again throughout my life - couldn't be happier with it :-)

Another great book from the “for dummies” series.

Great book for aspiring life coaches or people who don't want a life coach and want to sort themselves out. I'm a life coach myself and fighting very hard to advertise my business on here probably in direct contravention of Amazon's policy so I'll behave and stick to the fact this book is clearly laid out, well priced and covers just about every aspect of life coaching you can think of - and then a bit more. Buy it, but read it from cover to cover as it has much to tell you about getting unstuck, moving your life on and having a groovy time...

find using this book for my course really useful as it covers pretty much everything in all my modules. Useful to use along side other text books.

Great book! Jeni Purdey has really whetted my appetite. I fully recommend this book to people who are considering being coached and/or are considering life coaching as a career.

bit too long winded ...useful bits but lots of faff between ..

The book is great. Jeni Purdie explains everything in simple words and steps. It is motivational and inspiring. I also like the layout of the book, where she seems to refer you to the next chapter, which could be of more interest to you.
