Great helmet!
Just used it once but i love it! Took 3 tries to get the right size. Started with XL and landed on Medium. Have worn 3/4 helmets for 3 years. My first half and it feels so much better. Its lighter, cooler, and I can hear a lot more.

Nice looking and comfortable but a bit heavy
Very nice looking helmet and the black flag graphic is excellent. Unfortunately, that is offset by the large "LS2" logo right in the front center. (A 3" x 5" sample of 3M Deep Matte Black vinyl will cover the logo nicely..)Feels good and fits my somewhat oval head well although I am on the border between L and XL and went down to the L based on past experience. I was expecting more cooling from the vent but could barely tell it was open, even when standing on the floorboards with my head well above the windshield. Maybe the cooling will be more noticeable when it's not 90 degrees outside. On the plus side, I had no significant buffeting even when purposely putting my head into the wind stream. The movable visor comes very close to my glasses and I see myself only using it just partly down to help when the sun is just below the peak (be sure to remove protective film for clarity). At 40 ounces (actual weight), it's one of the heaviest half-helmets I own. It is well balanced but still heavy. Also, is fairly large but doesn't really cause a "mushroom head" appearance.Overall, a good helmet.

REALLY FREAKING GOOD HELMET. ***Update Dec. 2020: LITERALLY SAVED MY HUSBAND'S LIFE
I don't know much about helmets so I researched them. A LOT. We went to a specialty store and looked at every brain protecting helmet they had. We ended up ordering 3 different helmets for my husband from Amazon. THIS helmet was the winner (3rd time's a charm).I just wanted to make sure whatever helmet we got would protect my hubby's noggin really well because there's no replacing it. I read the reviews and a couple people survived bad motorcycle accidents because of this helmet. And LS2 helmets are used by professional moto racers that fly. So why not my husband while he zips along on his monster of an electric scooter doing 45mph or more (gosh I hope not). It's DOT APPROVED which is necessary if you're gonna be on the road. It's around 3 lbs but FEELS light, esp. compared to the Bell helmet (felt heavy at 3.5 lbs) we returned. It's COMFY on the head. The amount of cushion inside this helmet is really good. There's a retractable and removable tinted visor. No need for sunglasses or goggles (though if you prefer, you could use them). There are actual air vents. Working ones. The secure chin strap is quick latching so he can secure/open it with his gloved hands. All in all, a great helmet for the money. It's not cheap and not crazy expensive, but it's a quality helmet that does well what it's supposed to do. I highly recommend it. My husband says it's GREAT.FYI, some LS2 info I got while researching:While started in China in the 90's (the factory is in China), LS2's headquartered in Spain and they have both U.K. and U.S. offices and a big warehouse in Chicago. They're a global company. They have approval stamps from all the major entities (DOT, Snell, ECE, etc).***UPDATE 12/14/20*** Since purchasing this, my husband was unfortunately hit by a car and this helmet saved his life. Literally. My husband was hit with such force that the impact sent him flying through the air head first into a lamppost. A police officer on the scene told him in 20+ years on the job, he had never seen anything like this (someone getting hit like he had and being able to come away from it alive) and that if my husband hadn't had this helmet, it would have been a white sheet ending. Truly a miracle. The helmet itself is completely INTACT. Only scratches. I've uploaded pictures. WORTH EVERY PENNY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE AND WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

Good but could stand some improvement
Pros first!1) Sizing according to the advertised sizing chart is pretty good. I measured 23 1/4 inches, 59 cm, the large size fit great with a skull cap on. Keep in mind this is designed for an intermediate oval shaped head, so your mileage may vary.2) The buckle seems to be of good quality metal that works flawlessly. Albeit, the adjustment strap seems too long so there’s a lot to tuck out of the way. Or maybe, at maybe my face isn’t Lurch like enough?3) Interior padding seems comfortable enough and not as cheap as many helmets in this price range.4) The top vent, although unsightly IMHO, DOES work surprisingly well. Living in a Southern State where today’s August Heat index got up to 112 degrees, I could actually feel the air channeling in the top. Although the airflow hitting individual riders may vary.5) It does come with plugs to fill in the holes if you decide to remove the brim. More on the brim in cons later!6) The drop down sunvisor, also more on this in Cons, is a lot darker than expected. Vampires or basement dwelling commandos will love it.7) It’s high cut or shallow cut enough I don’t need to tuck in my ears. Sounds weird I know! My HJC comes down so low I gotta tuck my ears under the helmet.Cons.1) The brim is REALLY flimsy!!! Compared to my HJC Cruiser helmet or Vega Warrior is seems horribly cheap. If you’re into the beanie look and wanna take the brim off you’re in luck because the plugs the fill in the holes are included.2) I wear prescription glasses so I like having a helmet with a drop down sunvisor. Here I have 3 issues.A) Again compared to my HJC Cruiser and Vega Warrior, the visor on the LS2 comes awfully close to my prescription glasses. Compared to the HJC I can see how it helps eliminating the mushroom head look. But the mushroom head appearance is about the same on the LS2 and the Vega without the Vega being so close to my prescription glasses.B) The LS2 visor does not lock in multiple or in the down position! It only locks in the up position. Maybe it’s just me but I like the tactile feel that it’s locked in placeC) The LS2 needs to be worn very forward on your head for the visor to cover most of your field of vision. Even then there’s a sizable gap around my nose that’s kinda of distracting.Lastly, looking at pics on Amazon, I couldn’t see a difference between black and matte black. I’m not picky so I ordered black since it said I’d get it several days sooner. Not sure how a matte black could be any more matte that what I received. All in all, the quality seems good but lots of room for improvement. TBH, if you’re on the lower end of the elite buyer scale, like me, and looking for a decent helmet to CYA with the law, buy the Vega Warrior.
