Q: Would these against wall behind a piano reduce volume of a piano?

I don't think so. I'm disappointed by them so far

Q: Can we add these to windows to drown some of the noise outside?

They stick to any flat surface, so I am sure you could. They are easy to cut to fit perfectly in a space. I have then stuck to both walls and doors. I would think you would improve the sound absorption by applying them to windows, but they won't make any room soundproof. And it won't look pretty as you see the adhesive side of the tile.

Q: Do these flex or are they rigid? I'm looking for something that can be on a curved wall.

Did you ever try this? I'm looking for something I can use on the curved back wall of a stationary travel trailer. TIA

Q: Is this product removable from a hardwood door or painted wall after a few months? I can repaint a wall, but the doors are expensive.

I would totally expect the tiles to pull the finish off a door. The adhesive is pretty strong. We pulled some and they pulled paint off the wall and left some adhesive on the wall.
